Every carrier invoice checked before you pay it.
Carrier invoices arrive in every format, often with a detention or lumper charge nobody agreed to. The automation reads each one, matches it to the rate confirmation and POD, approves what matches, and texts you about any extra charge over your limit. We set it all up, connected to your TMS and accounting system.

You decide on every extra charge over your limit.
-
37 carrier invoices arrived overnight.
Every carrier's own format, and each one has to be matched to its load before anyone pays it.
-
Every invoice matched to its load.
Invoices that match the rate confirmation with a signed POD are approved. A missing POD was requested from the carrier, and a duplicate was held.
-
1 invoice has an extra charge over your limit.
Lone Star Carriers added $200 of detention that is not on the rate confirmation.
-
You decide from your phone.
Your AP lead sees the load, the agreed rate, the extra charge, and the POD times, then picks pay or dispute.
It always asks before:
- Extra charges over your limit
- Invoices for loads already paid
- Any change to a carrier's bank details

What's happening
That was the automation.
The invoice was read, matched to its load, checked against your limit, and settled, and you were asked only when a charge needed you. Your version reads your carriers' invoices and works in your TMS and accounting system. We set it up in about three weeks.
Check your phone!
The invoice is being checked now. Your text arrives in about 10 seconds, and this page shows each check as it happens.
More for freight brokers
Each runs on its own, and they share connections when you add more.
Frequently asked questions
Why not just use ChatGPT or Claude for this?
A chat assistant reads an invoice when you paste it in. This runs on its own when a carrier emails an invoice at 4:12 p.m. It reads every line, finds the load in your TMS, compares the invoice with the rate confirmation and the POD, asks the carrier for a missing POD, enters the invoice in your accounting system, and texts you only about the charges that need a decision. It is your AP desk running around the clock, not a conversation.
Doesn't our TMS already do this?
Most TMSs keep the rate confirmation and the carrier invoice on the same load. Someone still has to open each invoice, compare it line by line, chase the missing POD, and decide on the extra charges. This does the opening, comparing, and chasing, and brings you only the decisions, at a fixed price.
Will this pay a carrier that shouldn't be paid?
No invoice is approved unless it matches the rate confirmation, has a signed POD, and carries no extra charge over your limits. Duplicates are held. A request to change a carrier's bank or remit-to details is never applied automatically; it goes to a person to verify with the carrier on the number you already have.
Who looks after it once it is live?
We can. On the care plan, we monitor it, fix it, and make your changes, so your team does nothing. If you would rather run it yourselves, we hand it over. Either way it lives in a FlowRunner account in your company's name, so it never depends on us.
We use McLeod, Aljex, AscendTMS, or Rose Rocket. Will this work with it?
Yes. We connect to the TMS you already use, along with your AP inbox, QuickBooks Online or your accounting system, and your team's phones or Slack. Your team keeps working in the screens they know.
What else will I pay for besides your fee?
Two extras apply to every package. Your FlowRunner subscription is billed monthly by FlowRunner, and your AI model usage is billed by your AI provider. We set both accounts up as part of the build. See FlowRunner pricing.
