We build it. FlowRunner runs it. We keep it running.
Tell us the work that keeps slipping: customers waiting for a reply, or paperwork waiting to be checked and typed in. We build the automation on FlowRunner, test it on your real data, and have it live in about three weeks, for a price fixed before we start. Then we keep it running for you.

Frequently asked questions
Why not just do it myself on FlowRunner?
You can, and FlowRunner has a free plan to start. Most owners hire us because they want it live in three weeks without learning a new tool, and tested on their own data by the team that builds FlowRunner. If you want to change it yourself later, everything we built is open to you.
How much of my team's time does it take?
About three hours in total: a 30-minute call, 15 minutes of logins, an hour on your rules and wording, and an hour to review the test run.
Do we have to maintain it?
No. On the care plan, we monitor it, fix it, and make your changes, so your team does nothing. If you would rather run it yourselves, we hand it over and you can call on us when you need to.
What happens if something breaks?
On the care plan, we monitor it and fix it. Without the care plan, you can fix it yourself in FlowRunner, or pay for a single change at a fixed price.
What happens if we stop working together?
Nothing stops. It lives in a FlowRunner account in your business's name, so it never depends on us, and we hand everything over to you or whoever you choose.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Everything happens over video calls and shared screens, wherever you are.
What else will I pay for besides your fee?
Two extras apply to every package. Your FlowRunner subscription is billed monthly by FlowRunner, and your AI model usage is billed by your AI provider. We set both accounts up as part of the build. See FlowRunner pricing.
