How Midnight Flow began
Midnight Flow did not start as a business plan. It started with customers asking for help.
As the team behind FlowRunner, we built a platform for automation with AI agents. When businesses came to us for help putting it to work, we learned that the technology was not the hard part. The hard part was knowing which process to automate first, where AI genuinely helps, and where a person still needs to make the call.
Midnight Flow is the answer to those questions. We help you pick the process worth automating, then we build it on the platform we know best, in your own account.
What drives us
Businesses waste money automating the wrong things, or do not automate at all because they do not know where to start. They know they are overspending on manual work: invoices, support requests, follow-up emails, data entry. But when they try, they either build what is most annoying instead of what is most valuable, or they get overwhelmed and do nothing.

Mark founded Backendless and Midnight Coders, and built both without outside financing. His background is in distributed computing, automation systems, and enterprise architecture.
